I therefore require documentary evidence that the camera type used is an 'approved device' and certified as approved by the Department for Transport for PCN's issued under regulation 10 (1) (a) of the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007 .
I require a copy of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the relevant provisions of the Traffic
Management Act 2004 alleged to have been breached for the alleged contravention.
