Would you be able to provide the following myjourney data for the relevant bands 1 to 5
1) By band (1-5) for each performance rating (there are 4 e.g. I am achieving, plus unrated) as a percentage and totals.
2) Since 2017/18 to include 2022/23, for each individual year (note the rating scales have changed since 2018, previously 5 ), and can you please separate the information for pre and post rating change.
3) For all of TfL plus a separate category for TfL Engineering & Asset Strategy (or its equivalent over the years)

Thank you for your request received on 11 April 2023 asking for information about MyJourney.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
Please find the requested information attached. Please note that we only have data from 2021/22 as this was when MyJourney was introduced.
The columns indicate the “Pre-Review” rating – this is usually the rating given at the Manager Input stage before it goes to the Review stage. The rows indicate the rating given at review that would be submitted to our system. The percentages are of the grand total of the population of the band for the specified form. Please also note that we can only provide information for those with Annual Performance Forms, not every employee is sent a form to complete.
