Thank you for your request which we received on 9 April 2024, asking for information about the Superloop routes.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You specifically asked:
Which Superloop bus is the most popular on the following measures.
- passenger numbers
The SL8 has the highest passenger numbers.
- customer feedback
The routes were launched sporadically across a 9-month period (July 23 – March 24) and therefore have a varying time period in which feedback could have been received.
- SL1 has the best ratio of commendations per complaint.
- SL7 has generated the highest volume of overall feedback, both positive and negative.
Any other information about the Superloop network would be very much appreciated.
