Under the FOI Act, please send me a copy of the Garden Bridge Trust’s construction contract with the Bouygues/Cimolai Joint Venture which was signed in February 2016.
As TfL was the Trust’s public sector sponsor, I believe TfL will hold a copy of this document.

Thank you for your requests received on 10 April 2019 asking for a copy of the Garden Bridge Trust's contract with the Bouygues Travaux Publics / Cimolai joint venture that was appointed to build the Garden Bridge.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
We do not hold the information you have requested. The procurement of the Bouygues Travaux Publics / Cimolai joint venture, including the negotiation of the contract and the decision to award the contract, was entirely the responsibility of the Garden Bridge Trust as the independent charity accountable for the delivery of the project. We were not involved in that decision or the procurement process that led to it and as such we do not hold copies of the construction contract.
