As per my records, Rackspace hosting contract has expired. I would like to know whether this contract is still valid or replaced by any other supplier.
If all the information besides the contract dates are the same, I am happy to just receive an update on the contract dates.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 April 2023 asking for information about the Rackspace hosting contract.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The expired Rackspace hosting contract was replaced with a contract for Oyster Payment Hosting & Platform Modernisation which was awarded to Rackspace Limited. The contract term is 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2026. The estimated annual value is £1m.
