I ask for all copies of notes, emails, meeting minutes and any communication from the Service Delivery Team relating to my comments about using the number 443 for the new route in Caterham and Purley.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 April 2022 asking for information about Bus Route 443.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require – there are no notes, emails, meeting minutes or communications from the Service Delivery Team relating to your comments about using the number 443 for the new route in Caterham and Purley.
Your comments were sent onto our Service Delivery Team on 28 January 2022, please see the attached ‘Hand-off’ sent by our Customer Services team. We do not hold any further documents. Due to the lack of follow-up information available, it does appear that something has gone wrong with the process. I have therefore asked colleagues in the correct department to review the concerns you have raised to see what can be done to help.
