On or about the 1st August 2013, a UKPN electricity cable became faulty and subsequently caused damage to a number of Vodafone ducts and enclosed cables, however, I am trying to determine if the electricity cable had been interfered with prior to the fault occurring. As such, I kindly ask if you would provide me with any and all street work notices for the junction of Saracen Street and East India Dock Road in the months leading up to the fault occurring on 1st August 2013.
