Please could you say when this guidance was originally prepared; when it was completed? The guidance was prepared and completed in June 2020 and who and on what date originally requested it? Development of the supplementary guidance on Low Traffic Neighbourhoods was part of an ongoing process to provide boroughs with guidance on the rapidly evolving pandemic, responding to the Department for Transport statutory guidance in May 2020 entitled “Reallocating road space in response to COVID-19: statutory guidance for local authorities” for the London context. Therefore we are not able to pin point a date and no one person requested it. In this instance, are guidance and supplementary guidance one and the same please? Supplementary guidance documents, including the Supplementary guidance on Low Traffic Neighbourhoods was an appendix to, and followed on from, the main initial document London Streetspace Plan – Interim guidance for boroughs May 2020.
