16.4.21 clarification:
I am seeking information relating to the consolidation of Compliance Officer duties into a single role by CPOS in 2020. It is understood these plans were encapsulated in a booklet under the heading “One Officer” or “One Officer 2020”. Can you confirm whether TfL holds information on changes to the role of a Compliance Officer in 2020? If so, I request details of those changes.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as no such publication or titled document exists. However we believe that it’s likely that you are referring to the Operations 2020 Plan which we have attached. This work culminated in an organisational change in 2019/20 with full staff and Trade Union engagement.

Our Compliance, Policing and On-Street Services (CPOS) Compliance Officer current Job Description and Person Specification.
CPOS Operations no longer have any Compliance Officers roles. All CPOS Operations staff have a common job description of Operations Officer which came into effect after the 2019/20 Transformation and replaced all other frontline role job descriptions. We have attached the current job description of the Operations Officer. We don’t hold a separate person specification document.

Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
