Can you please provide specific documentation on how you have assessed the impact of Ulez on low income/single parent families, families with children with specific needs that do not meet the criteria for exemption or scrappage scheme. For example some families have multiple children some of which may be disabled children that cannot reasonably use public transport but also do not have blue badges. Children with significant special needs that rendor public transport not suitable. These families are typically already at breaking point and will not be able to afford a new suitable car for their needs or pay your £12.50 per day to access local amenities such as doctors and hospitals. Please provide specific documentation detailing how you have assessed the impact of ulez on these most vulnerable families.
