However, it does not include information I am after.
As my original request said I am trying to find "the number of vehicles to be covered by the T-charge (and revenues to be raised), along with the impact of the charge on the levels of pollution in London?" I feel that the data must exist. Can you have another look please?

Thank you for your email received by us on 6 April 2018 asking for information about the T-charge in relation to your previous request (reference: 0074-1819).
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked for the following:

I can advise that approximately 6,500 vehicles are estimated to be affected by the £10 T-charge as our press release explains: https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/media/press-releases/2017/november/gla---ultra-low-emission-zone-will-start-in-2019
along with the impact of the charge on the levels of pollution in London
