Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.

As you may know, the Big Red Book is a reference book designed to assist bus staff to carry out their normal daily duties. We have a finite supply and we need to continue providing copies to new staff. On that basis please find a copy of a pdf of the most recent version of the Big Red Book which can be printed off at your convenience.
