3 huge LTNs have been introduced in Haringey and we would like to understand the impact these have had on bus routes and services. By month in the 12 months from Jan 2022 to Jan 2023 - How many 329, 121 and 141 services have run? How many have completed their full route and normal journey? What is the average time taken for their full journey? And Has there been any change to the service level agreed between TFL and Arriva during this time? If so what changes have been agreed

Thank you for your request which we received on 6 April 2023, asking for information about bus routes and services in the London Borough of Haringey.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You specifically asked:

By month in the 12 months from Jan 2022 to Jan 2023 -
How many 329, 121 and 141 services have run?
How many have completed their full route and normal journey?
What is the average time taken for their full journey?

Please find the attached run time and curtailment summary data for routes 121, 141 and 329 for the time period requested. The document contains average scheduled and actual running times by route/direction for each period. The data is available by the busiest morning (7-10 am) and evening (4-7 pm) peaks.

The morning and evening peak data is based on a report that summarises run time data by peak times. The curtailment summary data covers the whole service days, not just peak periods.

Please note the data is provided by reporting periods between 08/01/2022 and 06/01/2023. This is in line with TfL’s operational and reporting calendar. The period dates are included in each data table for your convenience.

Has there been any change to the service level agreed between TFL and Arriva during this time? If so what changes have been agreed?

The below service changes were introduced on routes 121 and 329 from January 2022 to January 2023. These service changes are not associated with LTN;

Route 121 - Introduction of revised schedule on Monday to Friday removing the additional AM peak journey – 25 March 2022.
Route 141 – No changes.
Route 329 - Introduction of revised schedule on Monday to Friday removing the additional peak journeys – 25 March 2022.
