Thank you for your request received on 10 April 2024 asking for information about falls and slips on the Elizabeth line. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. The safety of our staff and customers is always our top priority. We are never complacent, and continuously strive to reduce injuries that take place across our network. Our safety campaigns, which run throughout the year, include posters in lifts, stations, and safety related information on the escalators across the network to remind our customers of potential risks. We continually monitor the effectiveness of our measures and campaigns in reducing accidents and adjust our approach accordingly.
