I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, details of Penalty Charge Notice enforcement rules and regulations.
The information I require is as follows:
• The required appearance and order of a single red line in a Red Route for parking restrictions to be legally enforced. Could you please provide information as to whether or not the red line must be continuous and clear for the regulations to apply.
• The required placement and direction of Red Route signs.
