I would like to know how many compliments received refund for their Uber rides in 2021.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 April 2022 asking for information about complaints regarding Uber drivers.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. We have assumed you were asking ‘…how many customers received refund for their Uber rides in 2021’ (rather than how many compliments).  We do not hold information regarding any refunds given by Uber, and can only suggest you contact Uber direct to see if they are able to assist you further.
