2014 and May 2021? If so, please can you provide detail of the results of each Taxi
Private Hire Vehicle License annual inspection for this vehicle?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 April 2022 asking for licensing information.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
I can confirm that the vehicle with the registration mark KP64 CGZ was licensed as a private hire vehicle within the dates in question. Below I have provided the outcomes of the vehicle’s annual licensing inspection.
Please find attached the single report we hold, noting that we have a three year data retention period for vehicle inspection reports.
In accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some information has been withheld from the report, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
