Thank you for your request received on 4 April 2018 asking for information about plans for Euston Station.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and TfL’s information access policy.

The Euston Masterplan has been developed by HS2 Ltd on behalf of the DfT as the major landholder of the Euston station estate. TfL do not own the masterplan and have not endorsed it, as such we would recommend that you redirect your request to the above public bodies who should be better placed to assist you. With regards to the masterplan, TfL’s role to date has been to comment on the potential transport impacts and implications of the plans, to try and ensure the proposals accord with the transport policies set out in the London Plan, Mayor’s Transport Strategy and the Euston Area Plan (EAP). Along with LB Camden and the GLA, TfL was a co-author of the EAP (http://www.eustonareaplan.info/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/EAP-Adopted-January-2015-complete.pdf) and this remains broadly reflective of our current transport aspirations for the area, and a key document which has been used to inform the development of the masterplan.

We plan to continue our involvement in this as the masterplan progresses, with the aim of taking forward the optimal transport solution for Euston as the area develops’
