Are you able to provide the name of the person this private vehicle was licensed to? The licensee?
In addition, are there reports associated with each yearly vehicle inspection and are they also available?

Thank you for your further email received on 11 April 2022 asking for information regarding our private hire vehicle records.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked for the licensing inspection records for a vehicle with the registration mark KP64 GGZ.
Please find attached the single report we hold, noting that we have a three year data retention period for vehicle inspection reports.
In accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some information has been withheld from the report, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
