You asked
Please can you advise the top 10 motor traffic junctions / areas where PCN's have been issued every year over the last 5 years. Please include PCN's issued by a mobile warden, by fixed and mobile cameras too.
This is to also request the number of representations and appeals to those PCN's, and the success rates.
How many PCN's appeals did TFL not challenge and thus were quashed ?
How many requests were made to view the images and how many of these requests were not completed.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 April 2018 asking for information about Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). I am sorry for the delay in replying.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
Please see below the requested Yellow Box Junction statistics from 2015 to 2017 by calendar year. The data includes PCNs issued by our CCTV operators, we do not use Civil Enforcement Officers to issue PCNs at Yellow Box Junctions. We do not hold the data for years 2013 and 2014.
70% of representations are accepted on the grounds that the vehicle was on hire at the time the penalty was incurred. In these instances the PCN is reissued to the hirer of the vehicle rather than cancelled.
