I would like to request new FOI as a form of an update please refer to FOI-2562-1819. On 31st May 2016 at the tripartite meeting, Fatal Assault Fund Account was spoken of. Please can you clarify the status of this fund where it is, what it is being used for and who is now manging it. Who are the signatories?
As far as I am aware some of the signatories are not employed in London Transport or the trade Unions.

Thank you for your request received on 6 April 2024 asking for information about the fatal assault fund.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
The Fatal Assault Fund is managed by a board formed of Unite the Union officers and representatives of the various bus operators. TfL does not have a role in the Fund, therefore we do not hold the information you have requested.
