Hello, Over three months ago I opened a claim against Ealing Council. Pothole on the road - damaged my wheels. I requested full road inspection report from the company responsible for keeping the road maintenance. You can see the response below. I am asking you for freedom of information regards this information requested. Case number: 000508-033994-GD-01 Good morning, Our client: Transport for London Many thanks for your e-mail and apologies for the late response, Currently we do have reports from our clients contractor however we are unable to disclose these to you due to DPA as these show some personal information that needs to be removed prior to disclosure and our office is now closed for us to be able to do this, due to the unforeseen circumstances of Covid 19. I have gone back to our clients contractor on this and await their response. To speed the process up, you may wish to send our client TfL a Freedom of Information request who will send you the information requested. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

I requested full road inspection report from the company responsible for keeping the road maintenance. From 1st Nov 2019 - 31st March 2020 please.

Please find attached the maintenance and inspection report for Target Roundabout as requested.
