Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

Could I please have a copy of the Amended and Restated (Sundry Travelcards) Agreement dated 31 October 200?

Please find the Amended and Restated Sundry Travelcard Agreement attached. The agreement is between TfL and the London train operating companies, and relates to the provision of:

  • Anytime Day Travelcards

     

  • 3-day Travelcards

The agreement sets out the arrangements for the above in relation to sale, validity, pricing, marketing, revenue apportionment etc. Please note it ceased to have effect from January 2016.
