What is the rationale that was cited by TfL for restricting parking on the A502 road (North End Road) between The Park and Hampstead Way to paid parking on weekdays between 8am and 6pm? That's a clear question and I would expect that there is some documentation in written, email, or other form to justify this restriction.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3 April 2017 asking for information about the rationale that was cited by TfL for restricting parking on the A502 road (North End Road) between The Park and Hampstead Way to paid parking on weekdays between 8am and 6pm.

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

 

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as our records show that the London Borough of Barnet are responsible for this part of the road. Please see maps below which we have reviewed which demonstrate this. You may wish to contact LB Barnet at https://www.barnet.gov.uk/citizen-home for further information.
