1. I want the load factors for the 108 bus route analysed by time of day. I would like you to use pre-Covid numbers. I therefore suggest you use the September 2019 data.
2. Load factor is the number of people on the bus divided by its maximum capacity, excluding the driver for both purposes.
3. The data should show the average load factor for each terminus to terminus trip. This is to simplify the process and reflect the fact that people get on and off buses at stops between termini.
4. If it is too much work to provide this data for the 30 days of September, then please select a random weekday and provide the data for that day.

Please find the attached a spreadsheet showing the average percentage loading for the 108 in each direction across all stops for each quarter hour.
This provides the data for an average weekday in Period 9 2019/20 (defined as 10/11/19 – 7/12/19). This period was selected as that is the closest period to your request that we have the data for.
