Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3rd April 2020 asking for information about the cost of renting property in Thurloe Street, SW7.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

I would like to find out how much is a rent for a property in 32-34 Thurloe street SW7 2LT.

I can confirm that we hold the information you require - the rent is £100,000 per annum for 32-34 Thurloe Street.
