Please can you provide me with all the quantitative data used and accessed to answer my questions in the opening paragraphs of your email. For example, where you have mentioned increases in journey times, it would not be possible to say so without having reviewed numbers to answer.
Where any of that data is part of a table or series, such as traffic counts at particular places along the route, if you are able, please provide tables going back over the past three years.
Also, as soon as you have data after the implementation of SCOOT, please can you send that too.
Finally, please can you provide the equivalent data for Hammersmith Broadway and Hammersmith Road.

Our Ref: FOI-0008-2122
Thank you for your request received on 2 April 2021 asking for quantitative data showing the impact of CS9.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
However, in accordance with the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply some of the information you have requested as it is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information, under Section 22 of the Act.
In this instance the exemption has been applied as the information you have requested for Chiswick High Road is intended for future publication. The information will be published by the London Borough of Hounslow in June on their website (https://www.hounslow.gov.uk/site/).
This exemption is subject to a public interest test, which requires us to assess whether the public interest in applying the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure. In this instance, it is considered that the public interest favours the publication of this information, in context and according to the pre-determined schedule, rather than in response to your request, to ensure the information is provided accurately and in an accessible manner.
Please find attached the PDF entitled Hammersmith Bus Performance, this provides information on bus journey times by peak through Hammersmith Gyratory and Hammersmith Road (from Hammersmith Gyratory to Warwick Road). The attached document provides graphs of the bus journey time fluctuations between April 2019 and April 2021. These graphs have been annotated to explain road network incidents which have affected the average journey times since September 2020.
Please also find attached a csv file containing the average bus journey time data for each week between 1st January 2018 and 23rd April 2021. The averages are for weekdays (Monday-Friday) only, and are weighted averages across the bus routes running along the corridors, weighted by route frequency. Hammersmith Road corridor includes routes 9, 23, 27; and Hammersmith Gyratory corridor includes 9, 23, 27, 72, 267, 283, 295, 306, 533, H91. The peaks are AM = 7am-10am, IN = 10am-4pm, PM = 4pm-7pm, 12hour = 7am-7pm.
If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for some reason, please feel free to contact me.
If you are considering submitting a further FOI request please think carefully about whether the request is essential at this current time, as answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. Where requests are made, please note that our response time may be impacted by the current situation.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.
Yours sincerely
