Please could you tell me the number of fines issued to motorists caught exclusively by the newly installed average speed cameras both eastbound and westbound between junctions 1 and 3. The time period I would like to know about is from the date that they first went live (please state this date) till present.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 31 March 2017 asking for information about the number of fines issued since average speed camera went live on the M4 between junctions 1-3.
