We also have to carry out works on our services with the least inconvenience to our customers and historical structures, both above and below ground.
We're a complex organisation with 28,000 staff based in different locations across the city. Our diverse mix of employees already help us to understand our customers' needs and we want that to continue in the future. Our apprentices are taught by industry experts and gain the on-the-job skills and experience we need to pass on throughout the workforce.
