LIVERPOOL STREET UNDERGROUND STATION: From Monday 11 September until autumn 2024, there is a reduced escalator service to/from the Central line platforms. The bank of three escalators at the front end of the eastbound/rear end of the westbound platforms will be out of service while they are replaced. Please use alternative escalators at the other end of the platforms to exit and interchange

Moorgate: No Step Free Access - Step free access is not available via the Broadgate entrance due to a faulty lift. For step free access, use the lift from the National Rail concourse at Liverpool Street or the Underground entrance at Moorgate.

Liverpool Street: No Step Free Access - Step free access to/from the Elizabeth line is not available via the Broadgate entrance / Liverpool St National Rail concourse due to a faulty lift. For step free access use the Moorgate station entrance.
