Refurbishment works are scheduled to be completed by March 2006

Passengers will still be able to purchase tickets from ticket machines located in the station.

London Underground apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

The refurbishment works presently being undertaken by Metronet Rail SSL include the restoration of heritage features, increased CCTV camera coverage, installation of customer Help Points, an enhanced public address system, new wall tiles, improved lighting, tactile strips on platforms and stairs along with contrasting handrails.

The whole station will also be painted and redecorated.

Refurbishment works are scheduled to be completed by March 2006.
