We'll acknowledge receipt of your feedback within three days and confirm your designated contact. We aim to resolve the issue first time and to your satisfaction.
All complaints will be a priority and resolved as quickly as possible with a full response given within 21 days of your initial complaint.
If you'd like to escalate your feedback, your feedback should be referred to the Senior Property Manager responsible for your property. If you feel that we have not dealt with your feedback according to our stated standards, you can address your concerns to the independent body that will investigate your feedback, the Local Government Ombudsman.
