Our ambitious programme to create 10,000 new homes is being carried out through a number of different programmes. These range from our Property Partnership Framework, direct-development, site-specific partnerships and Connected Living London - our Build to Rent portfolio.

We put out sites to market through mediums including our Property Partnership Framework and the London Development Panel 2 (LDP2).

Property Partnership Framework

Major property development companies and consortia are signed up to a development framework which will help to supply thousands of homes, offices and retail spaces in London.

Our framework allows us to work in joint ventures with some of the best developers in the market, on land in London's iconic locations. It works more efficiently than procuring joint venture development partners on a site-by-site basis. The wider Greater London Authority (GLA) family will also be able to use the framework for developments on their sites.

Small sites programme

The Small sites small builders programme is a GLA initiative to enable public sector organisations in London to use smaller development sites for residential development. We have worked with the GLA in this programme since 2017.

Build to Rent

We currently work with Grainger PLC on our Build to Rent portfolio under Connected Living London. This will initially provide seven sites across London of which 40% will be affordable.
