You will need a photocard, which will be issued at the ticket office when you buy your ticket. You will need to provide your name and a passport sized photo.
The photo must be a true likeness with your full face visible. You must have nothing covering your head unless it is worn consistently for medical or religious reasons.
We will add the photocard number to your season ticket. The season ticket is only valid for travel when shown with the accompanying photocard.
On the back of your paper season ticket there is space to write your name and address. You might like to complete this as it will make it easier to contact you if it's lost and found.
