Set up Auto Pay

Pay Congestion Charge, Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and Low Emission Zone (LEZ) charges automatically each month.

Auto Pay records the number of charging days a vehicle travels in the Congestion Charge zone and, if your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, the ULEZ and LEZ. It bills users each month.

Before you start

You need to create a London Road User charging account before setting up Auto Pay. (Already have an account? Sign in now.)

To set up Auto Pay you will need your:

  • Vehicle registration details
  • Bank or payment card details

You can add a maximum of 5 vehicles to Auto Pay. If you're a business with 6 or more vehicles you can set up Fleet Auto Pay.

Annual charge

There are no registration or renewal fees to add vehicles to Auto Pay.
