A considerable amount of business benefit has been realised under Keith's lead

At 16 Keith started as pupil to the Borough Engineer in his home town Crewe.

He went on to work for ten major UK towns, cities and London boroughs including 21 years as Director at Brent and Croydon.

He then worked for two years as a consultant for NCP, PWC and Camden before joining TfL.

Keith plans to continue to make contributions to public services as a consultant.

Peter Brown, Chief Operating Officer for TfL Street Management, says: 'A considerable amount of business benefit has been realised under Keith's lead, initially as Director of Road Network Operations and, as TfL has evolved over the last three years, Director of Street Management and then Director of Operational Support.'
