May Day Bank Holiday timetable change
Buses and Trams:
Normal bus and tram services will operate on Saturday 1 May and Sunday 2 May. On Monday 3 May, a Sunday service will operate. Route H20 (which does not normally operate on a Sunday) will run during shopping hours between Ivybridge, Tesco and Hounslow Civic Centre on Easter Monday. Mobility Buses will not operate on this day.
River Services:
Normal services will operate on the river but there will be no service between Chelsea Harbour and Blackfriars. The Savoy to Masthouse Terrace service will operate to a Bank Holiday timetable and will not call at Greenwich.
DLR:
Normal Saturday services will operate on the DLR on Monday, 3 May.
CC:
The Congestion Charge will not apply over the long weekend.
London Underground:
Saturday 1 May
A normal Saturday service will run on all lines, except the District line will be suspended between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. There will also be no Circle line service but an enhanced service will operate on the Hammersmith & City line between Hammersmith and Barking.
Stations will be open as on a normal Saturday.
Sunday 2 May
A normal Sunday service will run on all lines, except the District line will be suspended between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. There will also be no Circle line service but an enhanced service will operate on the Hammersmith & City line between Hammersmith and Barking.
Stations will be open as on a normal Sunday.
May Day Bank Holiday, Monday 3 May
Saturday services will run on all lines, except the District line will be suspended between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. There will also be no Circle line service but an enhanced service will operate on the Hammersmith & City line between Hammersmith and Barking.
There will be no Waterloo & City line service.
The following stations will be closed all day: Borough, Cannon Street, Chancery Lane, Mornington Crescent, Shoreditch and Temple.
