Contact us about streets and road issues

You can report most issues to us using our Streetcare tool. It's the quickest way to let us know, especially if it is a safety concern. You'll also be able to find out if the issue has already been reported to us.

You can use Streetcare to report any of the issues or concerns on this list.

On roads:

  • Road defects, such as potholes and faded road markings
  • Streetlights and traffic signals that are damaged or not working properly
  • Debris on the carriageway
  • Flooding, such as from blocked drains
  • Missing or damaged manhole covers
  • Roadworks and repair equipment, such as mobile cranes

On pavements, footpaths and in public spaces:

  • Pavement defects, such as uneven or cracked surfaces
  • Bus stops and shelters that are damaged or unsafe
  • Graffiti and flyposting
  • Hoardings and scaffolding
  • Trees that are damaged
