Job overview

As the world recovers from the coronavirus pandemic, our role has never been more important.

We're committed to achieving a financially sustainable future, ensuring we can cover our cost of operations without the need for ongoing central government grant.

As a Finance apprentice, you'll have a huge part to play in this. You'll work with stakeholders to make commercial business decisions together. You'll be challenging, driving and guiding them to reduce costs and increase income.

What you'll be doing

As an apprentice, your two-year development programme will be made up of six placement rotations.

There, you'll develop your understanding of the different aspects that make up Finance as a business function.

Alongside this, you'll be studying for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Certificate in Business Accounting qualification through the Level 4 Accountancy Taxation Professional apprenticeship.

Where this career can take you

On successful completion of this scheme, and as a part qualified chartered accountant, you'll have the skills to undertake a critical role in our Business Support Function.

Additionally, you can extend your career options by enrolling in a Level 7 apprenticeship, completing the entire CIMA qualification and becoming a Chartered Management Accountant.
