How Long: 2 years
Where: London-based hybrid working. Expected 1-2 days on average in the office (subject to working patterns and business requirements).
Salary: £22,915
What you'll need
- A minimum of 2 GCSE's Grade A* - C or Grade 4 and above including Maths and English language
- Plus 2 A-Levels in any subject at grade A* - D or equivalent
- You must be 18 years of age by September 2023 to be eligible for this scheme

As a Finance apprentice, you'll have a huge part to play in this. You'll work with stakeholders to make commercial business decisions together. You'll be challenging, driving and guiding them to reduce costs and increase income.
What you'll be doing
As an apprentice, your two-year development programme will be made up of six placement rotations.
There, you'll develop your understanding of the different aspects that make up Finance as a business function.
Alongside this, you'll be studying for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Certificate in Business Accounting qualification through the Level 4 Accountancy Taxation Professional apprenticeship.
Where this career can take you
On successful completion of this scheme, and as a part qualified chartered accountant, you'll have the skills to undertake a critical role in our Business Support Function.
Additionally, you can extend your career options by enrolling in a Level 7 apprenticeship, completing the entire CIMA qualification and becoming a Chartered Management Accountant.
