At Commercial Partnerships you will have the chance to flex your creativity and be a part of some of the most culturally significant moments that happen in London, e.g. filming for James Bond, transforming a Tube station into a brand experience, developing a new product line with a major fashion brand etc

How long: 2 years

Where: London/Hybrid

Up to 50% of time can be spent working from home over a 4-week period. Hybrid working arrangements may alter subject to business requirements. Some on-site work (eg. film locations) will also be required.

Salary: £31,000 rising to £32,250 in year 2

What you'll need

A minimum of 2:2 in a media or commercial related degree subject.

What you'll be doing

As a graduate, your 2-year development programme will be made up of up to 4 placement rotations. Our aim is to equip you with the range of skills and experience you need for your successful career.

You could be facilitating filming across the network, from a small fashion shoot to a large film production working with internal B2B marketing teams and publicists to gather behind-the-scenes footage to promote our locations. Or seeking out potential areas across the network to make filming happen.

Working across all four placements you will gain valuable and well-rounded experience of commercial and brand management, plus exposure to a variety of markets, stakeholders and diverse opportunities that could lead you to a variety for roles.

These could include working at either TfL, our suppliers or in the wider industry including but not limited to:
