KEW GARDENS STATION: Step-free platform interchange between platforms requires a 600m journey via street. Use the North End entrance for the westbound platform. Use the Station Approach entrance for the eastbound platform. To avoid the street level journey, please take a westbound train to Richmond and change to eastbound services there.

LONDON BRIDGE STATION: Please note that step free interchange between the Jubilee and Northern lines is partly at street level, in both directions. Lifts are available between Northern line and Borough High Street entrance then via Borough High Street, St Thomas Street and Joiner Street to the main Underground ticket hall from where lifts are available to/from the Jubilee line.
LIVERPOOL STREET: From 22:00 on Monday 14 April, there will be no step-free access to the Elizabeth line from the Broadgate ticket hall at Liverpool Street.

SHEPHERDS BUSH (CENTRAL LINE) STATION: From Wednesday 19 March until late August, no down escalator. Please take care and hold the handrail as you walk down the central staircase, which has 70 steps. This is while we carry out planned maintenance work on one escalator, to ensure its continued reliability. During this work an 'up' escalator service will be available at all times. To avoid the stairs use these alternative routes, especially if travelling with children or luggage: For eastbound journeys towards central London: use buses 31 or 228 from stop D in the bus station to Holland Park. For westbound journeys towards Ealing Broadway or West Ruislip: use bus 228 from stop A in the bus station to White City.
Sloane Square: reduced escalator service - there is no up escalator in service from the westbound platform due to a fault.
South Woodford: The Station Car Park at South Woodford will be closed from 23:00 on Monday 14 until 23:00 on Friday 18 April.
