Chadwell Heath

A new footbridge and lifts are being installed at Chadwell Heath station. Due to these works passengers will need to access the platforms by a temporary footbridge until Summer 2012. Passengers who may have difficulty using the stepped footbridge are advised to use Goodmayes or Romford station while the works take place.

Stratford International

Please note that Oyster Cards, Travelcards and Freedom Passes are not valid on Southeastern High Speed services between St Pancras and Stratford International.

Tottenham Hale

From 22 October 2011 until mid-March 2012, No down escalator service. Access to the platforms is via a staircase with 99 steps. A limited lift service is available, however, at busy times you may find it easier to use an alternative station to start your journey, especially if travelling with luggage. Customers travelling to London on the Stansted Express should change for London Underground services at Liverpool Street. After a football match at Tottenham Hotspur customers should use Seven Sisters station for their return Tube journey
