WORKS ON THE EAST LONDON LINE: The line is closed to enable works to upgrade it to be part of the new London Overground network. Replacement bus service ELW operates between Wapping, Shadwell and Whitechapel.

FIRST CAPITAL CONNECT: On Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November, no trains will operate across Central London. Trains will still run to/from London Bridge (from the south) and St Pancras International (from the north) due to planned engineering work.

NATIONAL EXPRESS EAST ANGLIA: Train services on all routes via Broxbourne are being disrupted due to a fatality in the Cheshunt area. Short notice alterations, cancellations and delays of up to 60 minutes can be expected.

SOUTH WEST TRAINS: On Saturday 21 November, buses replace trains between Barnes and Kew Bridge, and services to Weybridge will be diverted to operate via Richmond due to planned engineering work.

Other planned works taking place

Gatwick Airport Rail Station

Gatwick Transit between the North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport is closed for refurbishment until the middle of 2010. Replacement buses will be provided from the upper terminal forecourt of each terminal and will depart every three minutes during the day (between 04:00 and 18:00) and every six minutes during the evening and night. BAA is advising passengers to leave at least 20 minutes for transfer between terminals during this time.
