From Monday 12 February until late April there is planned escalator maintenance works at Bank/Monument station
During the works if you arrive ar Monument station on the District/Circle line platforms and wish to change to the Central, Northern and Waterloo & City lines from Bank station, you should follow signs out of the ticket hall at Monument and walk along King William Street, for the enterance to Bank station. To pay the correct fare, please touch out at Monument and then touch back in as usual at Bank, using the same single card or smartphone each time.The walking route for passengers heading from Bank towards the District/Circle lines is not affected.
Brentwood: No Step Free Access - Step-free access is not available to the westbound TfL Rail platform while we fix a faulty lift. Call our Travel Information Centre on 0343 222 1234 if you need help planning your journey.
Brixton: Until September, there will be no step-free access at Brixton station while both lifts are being replaced. The station will have escalator access, but for step-free access to/from the Victoria line please use Vauxhall station.
At Canada Water, the rear doors of London Overground trains will not open and you can only alight from the front four coaches
From Monday 27 November until late April 2018 there will be changes to step-free access at Canada Water. For step-free access to and from the Jubilee line and southbound London Overground services, please use the Help points or intercom to contact a member of staff who will escort you. Please allow plenty of time for your journey.
From 10 January until early June, there will be no step-free access from the Jubilee line and DLR platforms 3 & 4 to the ticket hall.
Customers will still be able to gain step-free access at Canning Town for all stations between Stratford International and Beckton/Woolwich Arsenal, via platforms 1 & 2. However during peak hours, customers travelling towards Beckton will need to take a Woolwich Arsenal train to London City Airport towards Stratford International back to Canning Town. Change at Canning Town and cross from platform 4 to platform 3 for services towards BecktonCustomers requiring step-free access to the Jubilee line should take the DLR to West Ham from platform 2 and change there for the Jubilee line. Customers wishing to exit at Canning Town should change at West Ham for the DLR to Canning Town.Customers travelling towards Bank or Tower Gateway will need to take the DLR to Royal Victoria (for Tower Gateway) or West Silvertown (for Bank) and change there for connecting services.During Night Tube hours, customers requiring step-free access will need to use bus 69 to/from Stratford
Canonbury : Step free access is not available to the northbound platform (towards Highbury & Islington) while we fix a faulty lift. Take a train from platform 3 instead. Call us on 0343 222 1234 if you need more help.

Until mid-August 2018, there will be a reduced lift service at Chalk Farm station. This is while we replace both lifts one at a time.
During this time, customers are advised to use the other lift or the 53 additional steps for the Northern line platforms and allow extra time for your journey.
On Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 - 17:30, access to the platforms is via a spiral staircase (96 steps). If you are travelling with luggage, buggies or children you may find it easier to use Mornington Crescent or Chalk Farm stations instead.
Until late September 2018. The three escalators are being refurbished, one at a time. One 'up' and one 'down' escalator will run at all times. Please allow a little longer for your journey at peak times as there may be short queues to board the escalator
Until late spring 2018, while Network Rail is upgrading Forest Gate, access to the platforms will be via the side entrance on Forest Lane and a temporary footbridge. To avoid the additional stairs, use bus routes 25 or 86 from stop F to Ilford or from stop E to Stratford. Alternatively, speak to a member of staff for advice.
On Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 April, the main entrance at Gidea Park will be closed while Network Rail improve the main ticket hall. Please follow signage to the car park entrance on Crossways.
Until late 2018, there will be a reduced lift service at Goodge Street. This is while we refurbish each of the four lifts, two at a time. During this time, there will be no entry to Goodge Street from 07:30 until 10:00 on weekdays.
At all busy times it may take longer to move around the sationCustomers are advised to use nearby Tottenham Court Road (which has step-free access to the Northern line) or Warren Street stations, both of which are approximately 6 minutes walk away.

Until late spring 2018, while Network Rail is upgrading Harold Wood, access to trains and tickets continues to be via the car park entrance on Station Road only. Please take care on the extra 32 stairs, or take an eastbound train to Brentwood and change there to a westbound train. Alternatively, speak to a member of staff for advice.
Before a football match/event, the eastbound Piccadilly line service will not stop at Holloway Road from one hour before a football match or event at Emirates Stadium, After a football match/event, from 15 minutes before the end of the event, or the scheduled final whistle of a football match, the station will close completely. The station will then remain closed for a further 90 minutes after the end of event or the actual final whistle of the match, including any extra time played. Please use other nearby stations, including Arsenal, Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington. These stations will be very busy, but have managed queuing systems in place after events/matches. Caledonian Road station has step-free access and is approximately 10-15 minutes walk away from Holloway Road

Exits 3/4 (Sloane Street) stairs have now closed. Please use exit 2 (Knightsbridge South Side) stairs on the junction of Sloane Street and Knightsbridge.
From 22 February until late 2018, there will be a reduced escalator service at Liverpool Street from the booking hall to the Central line.
From 07:00 until 10:00 Mondays to Fridays a one-way system will be in operation to and from the Central line platforms and customers must enter the Central line via the Central line ticket hall adjacent to platforms 1 and 10.Customers changing from the Circle, Hammersmith & City or Metropolitan lines to the Central lines during these times must exit to the main ticket hall and re-enter the station via the Central line ticket hall. Customers will not be charged twice if using Oyster or contactless payment cards
LONDON BRIDGE STATION: Please note that step free interchange between the Jubilee and Northern lines is partly at street level, in both directions. Lifts are available between Northern line and Borough High Street entrance then via Borough High Street, St Thomas Street and Joiner Street to the main Underground ticket hall from where lifts are available to/from the Jubilee line.
London Bridge: From Friday 20 April until mid-May, there will be a reduced escalator service to the Jubilee line platforms at London Bridge.
During the Monday to Friday morning and evening peak hours of 06:00 - 11:00 and 15:00 - 20:00, a one-way system will be in place. During these times the escalators from the Main Ticket Hall to the Jubilee line platforms will be down only, the escalators from the Jubilee line platforms to the Borough High Street exit will be up only.
Please note that the ticket office does not accept cash or sell tickets to National Rail stations outside the London Fares Zone area.
Until 2018. Please take care on the additional 78 stairs. Alternatively, use bus route 86 from Stop F on Romford Road to Stratford station, or route W19 from stop B opposite the station to Ilford station or speak to a member of staff for advice.

Due to planned improvemnt works, from Monday 26 March until late July 2018, there will be a reduced 'up' escalator service from the westbound platforms at North Greenwich station.
Please allow a little extra time to exit the station, particulary during busy times or if you are attending an event at The O2.

From Tuesday 6 March until mid-July, there will be a reduced escalator service at Old Street station, this is while planned improvement works take place on two escalators.
A one-way system will be in place throughout the work. Between 07:00 and 10:30 access to the platforms will be via the spiral stairs (100 steps). If you're unable yo use the stairs, please take exit 4 and take buses 43, 205 or 214 from stop E on City Road to Angel station.Please follow the temporary signage for the alternative route through the station and allow extra time for your journet, particulary at peak times.
Paddington - late night Circle line services, Please note that certain late night eastbound Circle line trains which operate beyond Edgware Road serve the District line platforms instead of the Hammersmith & City line platforms, including last trains. Trains affected are as follows: Monday morning: 0001 (continues to Barking); 0009 (to Aldgate): 0019 and 0030 (terminate at Baker Street). Tuesday to Saturday mornings: 0001 0030 (continue to Barking) and 0039 (terminates at King's Cross St Pancras). On Sunday mornings, 0001 0019 and 0033 (trains continue to Barking) and 0039 (terminates at King's Cross St Pancras). Times are subject to change during engineering works.

Queues are likely at busy times when changing between the Victoria line and District/Circle line platforms due to reconstruction works.
If you are travelling at peak times, or with children or luggage, or have mobility impairment, you will find it easier to change between lines using one of the alternative routes listed on the Victoria information Page. If you travel via Green Park and Westminster, there are lifts available between platforms.
For northbound trains of Wapping - the rear doors of the last coach will not open and you can only alight from the front four coaches.
At Wapping Station, you can only alight from the front four coaches of southbound trains.
No down escalator service to the Victoria line Monday to Fridays between 08:30 and 09:30. Please take care on the 99 fixed steps
