The Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations
All our public transport will be running with no planned closures.
We expect the celebrations will be popular, so public transport and roads in central London will be busy, particularly on Saturday night, and during the daytime on Sunday, but you'll be able to get where you need to go.
We may need to use some short-term safety measures such as queuing, changes to the way you enter or exit a station and road closures.
Plan ahead, allow more time for your journeys and check your travel.
Tube and rail
All our Tube and rail services will be running as usual over the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend. They're good ways to get into central London, get to and from events, and travel around. Services may be busy.
The busiest times will be on Saturday night following the end of the BBC concert and other events, and Sunday daytime. Services and stations will be busy and a lot of people will be changing from Tube to National Rail.
At busy times, especially near events, there may be short-term safety measures such as queuing or changes to the way you enter or exit stations.
Most buses will be running normally. Some bus routes in central London will be diverted or shortened because of road closures.
Check status updates for buses.
You can easily get to many popular locations, especially in central London and the Royal Parks, on foot.
Our West End Walking Map covers the Westminster area where Jubilee events are taking place.

Cycling is a good way to get around central London, particularly if you are not attending events or passing through areas where they are being held. Some roads will be closed and you may have to walk with your cycle if it's busy.
There are security measures at events, so you may not be allowed to bring a cycle with you if you are attending - check beforehand (see links below).
The road - including the cycleway - on Constitution Hill alongside Green Park will be temporarily closed from 3 May until after the Jubilee celebrations in mid June. On-road diversions are in place or you can walk with your cycle through Green Park. This takes roughly 8 minutes.
Avoid driving in central London if possible. If your destination is not in central London, use routes that avoid the area.
There will be road closures, and you are likely to be delayed.
