While we're updating our systems, you can still pay the correct daily charge today. You'll be taken to a secure payment page managed by our partner.

We expect to be back to normal from 22:30 on Saturday 10 April.  

If you've travelled during 7-10 April, you can also pay these charging days when the service is back to normal on Saturday 10 April at 22:30. If you need to pay for the Congestion Charge, it will be £17.50 for paying after the day of travel.

Do you have a Direct Vision Standard (DVS) HGV Safety Permit?

All HGVs over 12 tonnes must hold an HGV Safety Permit to prove they meet the Direct Vision Standard. If you drive an HGV in Greater London at any time without a valid permit, you may receive a penalty charge notice (PCN). Apply for a permit

Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) payments

You can pay online when our systems are back up on Saturday at 22:30 for a PCN for the Congestion Charge, ULEZ, LEZ or red routes.
