You can get a refund if you have two Travelcards or Bus & Tram Passes on an Oyster card or photocard and the dates overlap.
Before you claim
You will need to give us your:
- Oyster card number
- Bank details (sort code and account number)
We do not refund for overlapping days more than twice within 12 months.
