
A range of Railcards give discounts on most rail services across London. They do not offer discounted fares on buses or trams.

If you buy a 16-25 Railcard, you can set the discount on a standard adult Oyster card, 18+ Student Oyster photocard to get a 1/3 discount on off-peak rail travel.
If you buy a Senior Railcard, you can set the discount on a standard adult Oyster card to get 1/3 discount on off-peak rail travel.
You can buy discounted off-peak Day Travelcards to travel after 9.30 Monday to Friday.
If you buy a HM Forces Railcard, you can set the discount on a standard adult Oyster card to get a 1/3 discount on off-peak rail travel.

If you have a Disabled Persons Railcard you can get this discount set on a standard adult Oyster card.
When the discount is set on your Oyster card you get a 1/3 discount on Tube, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail and most National Rail pay as you go fares and daily caps.
If you already have a National Rail discount (including the current disabled discount) set on your Oyster card and are eligible for the new disabled discount, you need to have the discount changed at a Tube station. You can ask a member of staff to change it for you. Make sure you have your Disabled Persons Railcard with you.

If you're using pay as you go, you can also buy an off-peak Day Travelcard at 1/3 off the adult rate for one companion travelling with you for the whole of your journey.
Note: You must use your Disabled Persons Railcard with a valid ticket or Oyster card with the Railcard discount. If you also have a Disabled Person's Freedom Pass you cannot use the Disabled Persons Railcard to buy a discounted ticket for your companion, and then use your Freedom Pass to travel.

You can get the discount set at Tube, London Overground, TfL Rail and some National Rail stations. To get the discount set at a Tube station, ask a member of staff to set it for you. You can also get the discount set at Oyster Ticket Stops and Visitor Centres.
If you have a Two Together Railcard you can buy two off-peak Day Travelcards at a 1/3 discount for you and the other person named on the Railcard. You can't buy more or less than two discounted Day Travelcards and must ensure you travel with the other named person on the Two Together Railcard at all times.
