Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
How much time was saved (each journey and per day)
Please find the attached running time data for route 384, from 30/10/23 to 27/03/24, between Union Street and Barnet High Street. The data shows all hours of scheduled operation, the min/max scheduled running time, actual running time and the difference between them in decimal minutes.
How much does the time saving equate to in £ (each journey and per day)
Unfortunately, we don’t hold the information. We haven’t done this analysis.
- The total number of complaints received relating to the re-routing.
The time period is Monday 30th October 2023 to Wednesday 27th March 2024.
We received 10 complaints relating to the route 384 during the required period.
