I would like: - all documents (including emails) relating to the problems that TfL's Oyster checking machines - the hand-held ones used by ticket inspectors - have with fares involving Farringdon Station - the number of penalty fares issued after these problems were discovered involving journeys from Farringdon - the number of penalty fares issued before these problems were discovered involving journeys from Farringdon - the number of penalty fares that TfL had refunded since these problems were discovered

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15 February 2018 asking for information about penalty fares at Farringdon.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. However, we do not hold the information you require.

We are not aware of any issue with Revenue Inspection Devices (RIDs) and Farringdon Station, and therefore cannot provide any of the information requested.
