Planning appeal for pavement advertising hoarding, 143-145 Clapton Common
TfL has previously been consulted on an application by Clear Channel to site an advertising hoarding on TfL highway at this address. TfL objected to the application and it was subsequently refused. Hackney ref. 2023/1975.
Clear Channel have appealed the application. Planning Inspectorate ref. APP/U5360/Z/23/3335324
In their appeal form they state they have the site owner’s consent! The form can be found on the Hackney planning search pages. Does Clear Chanel have TfL’s consent to site this advertising hoarding on its pavement? See extract from their submission form
